Hi, and welcome to springhouse retreat! We are so glad you are here. We have created this space for quilters, knitters, scrapbookers and creative makers of all kinds. We hope you love spending time here as much as we have loved getting it ready for you. Kathy and I are longtime friends who have been quilting and going on quilt retreat weekends together for over 20 years! Quilting has been a source of joy for us for decades and we are excited to expand our love of all things quilting/crafting to this new venture. We look forward to meeting you and hope we have created a warm, welcoming and well equipped space for you and your group to make your own special memories.
The Retreat House
The farm is centrally located on 140 acres outside of New Hamburg Ontario. We offer a beautifully renovated farm house with 6 bedrooms (12 individual beds) that will sleep up to 12 people. In addition to a large kitchen and living room, we have a huge and fully equipped sewing/crafting room complete with tables, ironing boards and irons, cutting stations and ergonomic adjustable work chairs. Everything you need to enjoy a retreat with your friends. All you need to bring is your machine and your projects!
